Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) is widely considered as the most successful personality in human history. Present-day scholars have studied the biography of Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) in various perspectives and revealed numerous lessons to humanity. The major and minor events in his life are studied, and efforts are taken to contextualise according to the contemporary socio-political requirements. However, his decision to visit Ta'if is being observed as an isolated event and has not been studied as an integral part of his overall mission. The Prophet (PBUH) decided to visit Ta'if after ten years of tireless efforts to establish the message of Alimighty Allah among the people of Makkah. Hence, the researcher intends to explore the relevance of this event within the overall outlook of the Prophet's (PBUH) mission. Moreover, would seek to study, whether the decision made by the Prophet (PBUH) to visit Ta'if was an emotional choice based on his hostile experiences during the three years of embargo or was it a strategic move based on his long-term vision. The researcher has used qualitative content analysis methodology along with SWOT analysis to study the literature of Prophet's (PBUH) biography. The research revealed that the decision to visit Ta'if was not merely emotional, rather strategic.
