The personal rights of Muslims are one of those critical challenges that are constantly changing the narrative of Indian policy about Muslim identity in a negative way. It is undeniable that practically all personal laws degrade the status of women and are discriminatory in nature, although many improvements have in the personal laws of the different communities over time. Although these changes to personal laws do not reflect gender differences, they have evolved and evolved considerably in the direction of more effective policy. Instead, the same developments are still happening in Muslim personal laws, which are still in the early stages of development. It will examine the conflicts among minority groups within a culture and the burden of accommodation on liberal democratic society. Keywords: Islamic personal laws, uniform civil code, gender equality, Hindu laws.
