Pengaruh Kesadaran Penuh Berbasis Religiusitas dan Keterikatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru pada SDIT Wildan Mamuju

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of religious mindfulness and work engagement on teacher performance at Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) Wildan, Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi. A quantitative explanatory design with a cross-sectional survey was employed, involving the entire population of 70 active teachers (total sampling). Religious mindfulness was measured using the FFMQ-39, work engagement using the UWES-9, and teacher performance using a standardized performance scale; data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), complemented by multiple regression analysis for the simultaneous test. The measurement model met the established criteria for convergent validity, discriminant validity, and reliability. Descriptive results showed that religious mindfulness, work engagement, and teacher performance were predominantly at a moderate level. Partial hypothesis testing showed that religious mindfulness had no significant effect on teacher performance (β = 0.158; t = 1.465; p = 0.143), while work engagement had a significant positive effect on teacher performance (β = 0.498; t = 5.642; p = 0.000). Simultaneous testing showed that religious mindfulness and work engagement together had a significant effect on teacher performance (F = 11.839; p = 0.000), explaining 31.0% of its variance (R² = 0.310).
