War on terror that was initiated to bring peace in the world has different interpretations and renderings depending on the context it is used in different parts of the world. The description should be inclusive of all forms of intimidation, at every level that is threatening to mankind, it will, only then bring forth peace and security for all. The definition of Muslim and non-Muslim countries is usually conjectured by the majority of people living there. In political systems, the notion based on ‘majority of people rule’, may not be held time-tested and reliable in every region as Quran often mentions “most of the people know not, most of them believe not or most of the people do not acknowledge.”
