Abstract

This research included five chapters, and the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the researcher chose the study sample of teachers of Arabic language for non-native speakers at the Qotrun -Nada Language Institute, and the researcher also relied on the questionnaire data collection tool. The Language Institute used Qotrun Nada to apply the scientific approach in the education process. Please apply and implement the scientific approach: observation, question, experiment, logic and communication with the good will be effective teaching strategies and learning materials to help students successfully improve academic achievement. Therefore, the teacher needs the teaching aids to reach his education goals so that they are successful and effective. The teacher uses electronic teaching aids suitable for the scientific approach to the development of time. The higher the desire of students to teach appropriately the benefits of using electronic means. The teacher must choose the appropriate teaching aids and hope that the enthusiasm and motivation of the students will increase. The objectives of this research are (1) to describe the application of teaching Arabic by electronic means on the basis of the scientific approach at the Qotrun Nada Language Institute (2) to describe the supporting factors and obstacles to teaching Arabic by electronic means on the basis of the scientific entrance at the Qatar Nada Language Institute. The results of this research (1) the application of teaching Arabic by electronic means on the basis of the scientific approach at the Qatar Nada Language Institute to help students develop their language skills (2) supporting factors, including: the importance of educational materials by electronic means, developing students' interest in education, students' ability to use electronic means Technology is good, the education process is fun and attractive. Either the factors that hinder the teaching of the Arabic language by electronic means on the basis of the scientific approach, including: a system in the use of electronic technology, the language lab was limited to be used by all classrooms, the international network and the Internet is slow.
