Abstract
Applying the organisational climate of corporate social responsibility, this study investigates how socially responsible human resource management shapes employee attitudes and bank reputation in Bangladesh. The findings indicate that responsible HRM practices improve employee attitudes and strengthen organisational reputation, underscoring CSR’s strategic role in banking.
